\nHow much does it cost to let my property?<\/summary>\n

Tenant Find starts from \u00a3450 and a joint tenancy is \u00a3500. AML and credit checks are charged separately. Managed lettings start from \u00a3150 setup plus 10% management. We will explain what is included and provide the full terms before you instruct us.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nDo you offer a fully managed service?<\/summary>\n

Yes. We can handle marketing, enquiries, tenant liaison, rent collection, inspections, maintenance coordination and reminders for key property documents.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nCan I ask you to find a tenant and manage the property myself?<\/summary>\n

Yes. Tenant Find is available if you prefer to take over the ongoing management after the tenancy starts.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nHow will you market my property?<\/summary>\n

We use professional photography, a floor plan and a 360\u00b0 virtual tour as standard. We advertise on our website and Zoopla and handle enquiries and viewings.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nHow do you handle viewings?<\/summary>\n

We offer evening and weekend viewings around people\u2019s lives. Where a property is vacant, we can sometimes arrange a same-day viewing, subject to team availability. We do not wear uniforms or work to letting targets; the focus is on showing the property and finding the right tenant. If we do not let the property, we do not earn our letting fee.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nDo you provide a rental valuation?<\/summary>\n

Yes. Contact us to arrange a free, no obligation rental valuation and discuss the likely market for your property.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nWhat happens if a repair is reported?<\/summary>\n

Tenants can report repairs through PropertyFile 24 hours a day. For managed properties, we liaise with the tenant and arrange the next steps with you and suitable contractors, in line with your management instructions.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nCan you help with more than one property?<\/summary>\n

Yes. We work with individual landlords and portfolios across our service areas.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n
