We offer evening, Saturday and Sunday viewings. We can sometimes arrange a same-day appointment when a property is vacant or, for a sale, the seller has agreed to a short-notice viewing, subject to team availability.

Our phones are open 8am–10pm every day, including Sundays, so you can reach us around work and family life.
HOW WE WORK
The property comes first.
We turn up as ourselves, without uniforms, and let the property lead the conversation. We do not work to sales targets. If we do not sell or let a property, we do not earn our fee. That keeps us focused on finding the right people for the right place and following through until the job is done.

We handle property sales, lettings, management and auctions. Our marketing and viewings are backed by straightforward updates and hands-on support as a sale or tenancy progresses.
Clear fees and professional standards
For conventional sales, our agency fee is £795 for homes up to £100,000, £995 for homes over £100,000 up to £200,000, and agreed with you for homes over £200,000. No VAT is added to our agency fees. Tenant Find is £450 for a standard tenancy or £500 for a joint tenancy. Fully Managed has a £150 setup / tenant-find fee plus 10% of rent collected, with a minimum 12-month management term. AML checks cost £15 per person and credit checks cost £15 per person, charged in addition to the agency fees. The landlord pays these charges, including checks on tenants. No VAT is added. Other third-party costs are confirmed in your written quotation. We are members of the Property Redress Scheme, TDS and NRLA, with client money protection through Client Money Protect.
