Yes. Tenant Find is available if you prefer to take over the ongoing management after the tenancy starts.

We use professional photography, a floor plan and a 360° virtual tour as standard. We advertise on our website and Zoopla and handle enquiries and viewings.

We offer evening and weekend viewings around people’s lives. Where a property is vacant, we can sometimes arrange a same-day viewing, subject to team availability. We do not wear uniforms or work to letting targets; the focus is on showing the property and finding the right tenant. If we do not let the property, we do not earn our letting fee.

Tenants can report repairs through PropertyFile 24 hours a day. For managed properties, we liaise with the tenant and arrange the next steps with you and suitable contractors, in line with your management instructions.
